Last November, the decision regarding the First Children Drawing Contest winner was taken; it had been organized by Fundació Roger Torné and its name this year was “How would you paint the air?” connected with the tale we have published: ¡Pintar el Aire!.
The winner was Macarena Pérez, from Santa Ángela School in Osuna (Seville), whose drawing illustrated Fundació Christimas card this year.

The participation of children from Osuna has been remarkable, being also finalists some children living in this village. That is the reason why Fundació Roger Torné has decided to travel to this village in order to deliver the awards.
The event will be held on February 6th in the Casa de la Cultura de Osuna. The program will be as follows:
16.30 – 17.00 Soledad Román, General Manager, will carry out the introduction of Fundació Roger Torné. Acknowledgement to Osuna City Hall and participation of the Culture Representative, Dña. Pilar Díaz.
17.00 – 18.00 Sala Cero de Teatro in Seville will tell some tales.
18.00 – 18.30 Delivery of awards:
18.30 – 19.00 Sale and signature of books carried out by Mabel Piérola and, if possible, little tea for everybody.
Besides, on that day, during the morning, Fundació Roger Torné has organized one painting workshop created exclusively for the contest finalists kids; the workshop will be taught by Mabel Piérola, author of the tale ¡Pintar el Aire! It will deal on one of Fundació values: the respect for nature. Fundació Roger Torné will produce a movie through an innovative technique led by Mabel Piérola using the drawings carried out by the kids during the workshop. Moreover, a video will be recorded to edit a making of the movie in Osuna, a duchy village located in Seville.
In Fundació Roger Torné we hope this initiative will promote the participation of schools in the contest with a view to the second edition foreseen for next autumn.
