Methodology
Activities during each Respiro day are organized as a separated unity. All kind of activities carried out during a day are justified regarding the chosen subject. We want to integrate physical activity in the open air with the activity of concentration previous to yoga.
Each day deals with a subject connected with children daily life, For example, on Easter activities are based on games related with Easter eggs; on Christmas, we make tree using elements that have been pick up in Nature, etc. These subjects have a relationship with the season, the holidays or the bank-holiday special celebrations, etc.
Physical activity is not isolated; it is always linked to an intellectual activity (working right/left the concepts of intuition, position, use of the compass, etc., the basic knowledge that children have regarding Nature).
